山東兗煤精益機電設備有限公司于1999年8月在孟子故里鄒城市工業(yè)園區(qū)創(chuàng)建新廠，廠區(qū)占地面積五萬多平方米。北臨歷史文化名城——孔子故里曲阜；西臨美麗富饒的微山湖；境內有京滬鐵路、京福高速公路及濟嵐一級公路，交通十分便利。
公司自建廠以來，一直致力于煤礦井下輔助產品的研發(fā)和生產，先后自主研發(fā)了氣動系列錨桿鉆機、液壓系列錨桿鉆機、錨桿拉力計、漲拉機具、電動葫蘆等產品。2007年公司與中國煤炭科學研究總院攜手合作，成為產 學 研戰(zhàn)略基地。目前公司為順應煤炭行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢，開發(fā)出來了ZLJ-10/21機載臨時支護裝置、DDD8J隔爆型電動單軌吊車、ZBQS氣動雙液注漿泵、MJH-200/415煤礦用機載錨桿鉆機等成熟產品，已成功的推上了市場。
